Arkwright Consulting is a Norwegian management consulting company specialising in helping firms develop and implement strategies for the future. Arkwright uses Poption to post job openings every year, which are relevant to students, graduates, and seniors. "Not only does Poption make it easier for us as recruiters, but does so for the applicants as well. In that way, we don't risk missing out on brilliant candidates because of ineffective channels", Erik emphasises. To ensure a proper process for all their applicants, Arkwright has set routines requiring each candidate to be evaluated by at least two employees. Hence, it is vital with a tool that makes it easier to cooperate internally.
To date, Arkwright has nearly 50 employee users, each of whom has given very positive reviews of the system.
